Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. Please be patient, we're in this together.

 

 Shipping 

  • How long does it take to receive my order? All of our shirts are made to order and take 2-7 business days to produce. Once produced, it leaves our hands and the remaining waiting time depends on the method of shipping you chose. On average, most shirts will arrive a week and a half to two weeks from the time the order was placed. 

  • Order never arrived If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, please check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@myzenfox.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done to help asap.

  • How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@myzenfox.com

 

Returns and Refunds

  • Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@myzenfox.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
  • Do you accept returns? All of our t-shirts are made to order and are considered final sale with the exception of damaged or incorrect items. For this reason, we ask that you carefully review all product information and utilize the attached sizing guides in the product description before ordering. If you've received the incorrect item or an item that is defective / damaged, please contact us at info@myzenfox.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and an image of the item(s) you received. Once verified, we'll do our best to get a replacement order sent out to you quickly. All replacements will be for the same product and size. We'll accept only unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@myzenfox.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

 

Return Policy

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
  • Unclaimed: shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
